Welcome to Homebars.ie Website ("the
Site"). The following are the terms and conditions for
use of and purchase of products from Homebars.ie trading as
The Brew Crew Ltd. ("the Company"). Use of the Site
constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms,
which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter
constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
QUOTATIONS
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue.
Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost
structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar
tax. If a product is not available then a product of equal or
greater value will be substituted in its place. All photographs
are accompanied by an itemised list fairly describing the contents.
Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect
actual colours however due to variances between monitors, colours
cannot be guaranteed. Please note that for photographic purposes
props have been used, these may are not included in the final
delivered order.
CANCELLATION &
RETURNS
Our products are guaranteed for normal life, under standard
use. If any product fails to meet your expectations it may be
returned for replacement, refund or credit.

Any changes or cancellation in respect of
any order must be notified in writing to the company within
two days of placing the order. A Charge for late cancellations
may apply.
DELIVERY & NOTIFICATION
Prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery shall be
charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter
displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an
order) but only to reflect a change in cost. However, customers
will be informed of any price changes in advance of despatch.
Deliveries for specific days cannot be guaranteed. Where orders
are placed after notified last order date the Company does not
accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of Delivery of
item(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific item(s)
as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised
as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect
of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery
docket. You are responsible for providing correct address telephone
number and postal code. The Company cannot accept responsibility
for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone
details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which
you become aware must be notified to the Company within four
days of receipt of goods. Homebars.ie cannot be responsible
should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any item,
or charge any duty.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full four working days prior to service/item
being despatched failing which the Company may at its absolute
discretion refuse to effect delivery.
SECURITY OF PAYMENT
At Homebars.ie when you place an order, we use a secure server.
The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you
input before it is sent to us. Credit card details are provided
through secure payments servers of Realex Payments and Bank
Of Ireland. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection Legislation,
we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure
of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised
access.
When you place an order, we need to know your
name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, CV2 security
number, the card expiry date and issue number (if applicable).
This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify
you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone
number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is
a problem with your order.
REFUNDS POLICY
Faulty items or products must be declared within 12 hours of
delivery. Full refunds will not be forthcoming on items that
have been consumed or used for the general purpose they were
supplied for. Part refund or credit may be possible in certain
cases.
To report a faulty item simply indicate the
reason for your return and include the invoice with your return.
If you do not have the original invoice, please send us a note
detailing the reason for return. This note must include your
order number. We will replace faulty items with the same item
or refund back to a credit card if the item is no longer available.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS &
LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and
all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies
have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together
with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual
property rights and permission is only given for personal use.
Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement
of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.
LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any
fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items
are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for
replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any
way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property
howsoever caused. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold
subject to manufacturer's warranty only. The Company shall not
in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss
caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising.

does not control the third party websites and is not responsible
for the content or availability of use of such third party websites.
